Students in periods 1 & 4 are finishing work on area, and will start the Pythagorean Theorem after break.

Students in periods 2, 5, and 6 are finishing integers, and will start solving equations after break.

Hats for Hunter!

Lakeview held a school-wide fund-raiser--Hats for Hunter to support Hunter and his family. We continue to be optimistic as we hear of Hunter's progress.

Students in periods 1 & 4 are working on area, and will take the test on units, perimeter, circumference and area on Thursday.

Students in periods 2, 5, and 6 are working on integers, and will take the test on Friday.

Parent Teacher Conferences

Periods 2, 5 and 6 are starting their work with integers. Next week we will be adding, subtracting and multiplying integers. Periods 1 and 4 are starting a chapter on perimeter, circumference and area.
I look forward to meeting with parents on Thursday evening.

ISATs!

All Lakeview students will be taking ISAT tests next week. These tests are very important to our students, as well as to our school as a whole. We encourage students to be well prepared by getting a good night's rest and having a healthly breakfast!
We also have parent teacher conferences Thursday evening. I look forward to meeting with those of you who have signed up for a conference!
