Students in periods 1, 2, 4, and 6 will be starting multiplication and division of fractions next week.

Students in period 3 are finishing their unit on ratio and proportion.  They should be working on their problem set (problem solving related to ration/proportion).  The problem set is due on Friday, December 7.

Students in periods 1, 2, 4 and 6 continue to work on fractions.  We'll have a quiz on least common multiple and comparing fractions Tuesday.
Students in third period have started work on ratio and proportion.

November 9, 2012

Students in periods 1, 2, 4, and 6 are working on factoring; next week we will be finding common multiples.
Students in first period are finishing their chapter on fractions, with a test on Wednesday.  We will start work with ratios and unit rates next week.

Students in 3rd period will continue working with fractions, including solving equations with fractions in them.
